What do you guys think about Kristal Villa, next to Nadayu? The resort style apartment MV now is up to 350K and the rental rates is around rm900-1400. Many people said it is tempat jin bertendang since it was abandoned for 10 years. Given the location next to Kajang 2 and surrounded by big development , it is the most affordable apartment to be bought now.
Btw, anyone knows where Kajang 2 KTM station will be built? Is it in Kajang 2?
