But standard snp is 3years. All buyers just bought last year only. Made empty promise also no need pay any compensation. As long as finished within 3 years. Still got 2years +- to go.

That's really a long delay. Wanted to buy this back in late 2012 but happy that I didn't as the delay is way too long. And if you look at the progress on site, it is indeed very slow. Petalz was launched much later and yet, the on-site progress is much faster.

Yes it is indeed quite a plain facade, but the colors are safe colors.
And the glassy balcony is quite gorgeous. smile.gif

Just happened to drop by the site the other day and was bumped into their boss. As you all may know the developer of the project is also the main contractor and is their very first project (heard that will be the only project).

Well, was walking around the site with one of their construction personnel and understand that they are targeting to have VP by the coming September which I think should be viable as they are doing the final clean up or minor touch up. Main focus will be the landscaping and facade. You may notice that there are a big huge red colour stone planter box at the main entrance which was told are some sort of rare stone purposely imported.

As for the facade, they are installing a steel structure where the bamboo green wall will be the final product. Myself also from construction background and know that the green wall is not a good option as facade due to maintenance issue but this bamboo green wall might be an alternative. If compare to petalz which I think is more contemporary but no offence thing always looks good when it's new and wonder the maintenance maybe a concern as the building is just next to the highway which dust can be easily accumulated.

The boss keep emphasising they are doing the best to ensure the top quality of the building but looking at their workmanship which I thought still a room for improvement. Personally view that the boss has lots of creative idea wanted to implemented but the execution seems to be a challenge.

Also have chance to view their ID mock up which I think is off on a tangent. I bought the unit at around rm700k and I would expect this to be a middle end property but the ID mock up seems to be a little bit "small gas". I think that could be the reason why the developer refuse to offer viewing to the buyers.

what matters is internal and overall concept and also the committee themselves.
