Been a year since I last posted in here.

Still following the AllPro program.
Currently doing 95kg Squats, Bench Presses, Bent-Over Rows, Overhead Barbell Presses, Stiff-Legged Deadlifts, Calf Raises and 50kg Curls.

My questions are,

1. Where do I go from here?
I'm gaining strength obviously, but my body weight isn't dropping (85kg at 1.74m), is that normal?
Do I continue to move on with the program to at least finish up with the beginner (which advocates beginner as anyone not being able to lift twice their weight)

2. Do I start with sculpting yet?

1. It is up to u , u set ur goals, so what is ur goal ? Lol
2. Refer to 1 again .

I believe "what's next" depends on what u wish to pursue. The worst thing that has ever happened to me was when people keep telling me "cut" when my goal is to gain more mass

What's bad is I don't know what to do or where to go from here. Dont' exactly know what I wanna do. I was hoping to get some general consensus on the next level to go. smile.gif

keep with ur program , maintain reps add weights.
if you're getting stronger it will benefit you in long run,
rather than just say u want mass or want to cut,
getting stronger is more desirable than those 2.
with more strength you can opt to focus on either 2 when the times come.

That makes sense. How about my weight? What's the appropriate weight for me to be at this point?

I tried cutting down on calories intake, but I feel lack of strength on lift, bugs me a bit.

Eh that's up to you, if you want healthy gains you should check your BMI and refer to the proper weight you should be
with reference to your height.

And what's your intention when u opt to cut calories? if you're trying to get ripped, it's only fair you gonna have to lose a bit on strength
with the mass you shedding.

Not sure what you meant about 'appropriate' weight. Everyone is built differently, there's no standard.

If your lifts got weaker when you're on a cut, you might be dropping too much calories. Assess the amount of calories that you need per day and have a 20% deficit.

Noted on the calories side, will try to find the middle ground.
