The land title is commercial title, does it affect anything to us or buyers, and resell issue? Heard that GST will imoly to commercial
Title property, for example, will affect on my buyer when i resell?

The Developer keep saying one of their selling point is 12 feet ceiling height, overall unit looks classier better in vlolume~~ aiks~~ dunno hw true it is, alot of project end out constructed not as what mention earlier~ coz usually ceiling height wont state in SNP rite?
