I haven't go view also, but the SA from citizen keep calling me, that time SA mention said Citizen vr vr fast selling till no time to answer client's call, and hard feeling due to client wanna buy but units were booked already. if really so fast selling, SA wont bother to call me everyday right?

IF got monorail in the future (dunno when) ; Citizen is a good BUY.

how if don't have? then it's like half way hanging le, "walk" to KTM seem a bit far and if drive then need go out early to rebut parking lo, as usual for parking at LRT/KTM ma.

as I know, the proposed monorail was on year 1997 but keep delayed bcos "someone" has no money to build already 

The Developer keep saying one of their selling point is 12 feet ceiling height, overall unit looks classier better in vlolume~~ aiks~~ dunno hw true it is, alot of project end out constructed not as what mention earlier~ coz usually ceiling height wont state in SNP rite?

The 12ft high ceiling really looks good.....hope this is real

furnish include hood and hub , kitchen cabinet, if your unit is 1000++up will free the island too

but this is their 1st highrise, hope every thing go smooth,

the other selling point for this apartment is 12ft ciling height and all the room can fit in queen size bed,

not like those old type condo room very small

I agree that it close to mid valley and city center, that's all.
I don't like the location as it is surrounded by low class flats, kampung houses, dodgy shops.....congested all the time, dusty, dirty and narrow roads, mat rempit midnight.

You really need to go and see the project site yourself whether it is suitable to you or not.
