As far as I'm aware, KTM wont be closing the small gate. Closing it is like asking the commuters not to take KTM.

Its a back lane, it is common for back lanes to be quite. Correct me if I'm wrong, there is no restaurant operator in those shops. Unless you wanna see wet road and a one full of pot holes, I don't see any reason why is quite a bad element.

If I'm not mistaken, the back lane is only accessible by D'Sands people...I not sure how Petalz resident can jump into D'Sands then walk pass the D'Sands gate to access the beautified lane to KTM     

Or I am wrong..someone please tell me isit the lane only can access by D'Sands residents or anyone ?

reread your post, when you said something is bad, you did not make it clearly you wasnt talking about the development..

KTM is running a business, more door means more ppl.. why would they close it.? unless the residents in the nearby vicinity filed a complaint to bandaraya, saying that the door is a nuisance.

As i know, Dsand will make a back door gate directly link to ktm parking there but only for Dsand residents, you can check their website for more details.

As for Petalz, too bad they need to walk in front of Dsand in order to reach KTM.

The ktm car park is directly "link" to Dsand back gate wooo.
I'm not sure can park or not, but people sure will park no matter how XD

front mean toward mid valley, you will pass by OUG, Kuchai,Taman Desa etc....

even kampung pasir also consider a very mature(been there more then 10 years)
