Depends on the offer:
1. Petalz 1092sf (approx 630-640psf) including 2 car parks and partly furnishing and electrical appliances etc etc.
2. At one glance RM550psf seems okay but in the long run 1 car park not enuf (then ask u buy 1 car park for Rm30K) renovation when VP will increase (assume 10% inflation p.a RM30K reno now would cost you RM40k or more in 3 years time), etc etc........... And i dont think they will launch RM550psf....
If Sands 1 car park, no furnishing, etc etc.... even RM550psf i would think twice. IF they able to provide slight better offer than Petalz, i might consider.
