Hi, is it possible I can relocate my Cool Uni Pack Streamyx account only from Melaka to Sarawak there?

I need somebody to help me for relocate service. Some say it is impossible to relocate as it is the old limited editions plan already. But some say it can be moved.

So I need to listen who? Talk to the TM Customer representative also same. Some say can, some say cannot.

I from Kg Tunku, PJ. I went to TMPOINT to upgrade my line from 1MB to 4MB. They say my area ok, no problem can be upgrade. But then 1 of the tm vendor who suppose to fix my spoil modem say my area not supported. Can someone advise? Who should i listen to?
