Any agent here can help downgrade my package?

I go to TMpoint at Manara TM Melaka, but got 2 conflicting info here:

1) They say gradpack contract is 2 years ( but im sure my friend contract Gradpack only 1 year)
2) Even after contract, you CANT downgrade (But then my friend was able to downgrade from 4M gradpack to 384kbps gradpack today lol)

The only different between me and my friend is location. Im from Melaka, and he's from Shah Alam.

Any agent can help me on this? Cant bare to pay RM 130 monthly any longer

Advantage of Unifi, download and upload speed is the same, e.g. 5 Mpbs download and 5 Mpbs upload. For streamyx, download maybe 4 Mbps but upload max. 512 kbps.

Then no one can help me la like this since TMpoint main Melaka dun allow me to downgrade
