This is a mouse for Bangsawans! I'm happy with my G900.

I have a G502 non RGB for 2 years now. The scroll wheel paint has come off and it appears to be brownish inside like rust. It is still under warranty though. Can I claim warranty? I asked in the official forum of Logitech and they said it is cosmetic or hardware problem and should still be covered under warranty. But the warranty service centre responsible for Logitech products near my area said it is physical damage and is not covered under warranty....

I bought it online from west Malaysia but I'm now in east Malaysia. Do you think they would let me claim warranty from the service Centre in my area now? I did screenshot the reply by the official Logitech forum though.

Ok... good to know that... actually I also kena from another seller no stock issue before I bought from the other seller...

Another note for you... the serial number for the mouse... on the box is different with the serial number printed at the bottom side of the mouse...

I called Logitech myself to confirm if this is valid and Logitech customer service also told me this is normal and no worries on the warranty....

For some weird reasons not sure why Logitech got this different serial number issue....

DA is good, but suffers from early double click  ... and tht sticky rubber soft touch

I used 2 DAs. Compare to logitech g502, logitech is better. If fps game then DA is better

Currently looking to get a budget wired mouse to uae at office, can't tahan the wireless mouse, very hard to use even to aim at save button zzz. Which budget mouse is cheap but accurate, hopefully no acceleration or smoothi g.

Personally using death adder chroma at home and absolutely loved it, but not gonna fork another rm300 for office...

believe it or not...my razer mamba which i have been using since 2014 have the problem on not responsive mousewheel click than the 'famous' double click issue now...so hunting for another mouse now (just in case i get really annoyed) how u guys feel about mionix castor for dota? (heard it's more of a fps game mouse?)

my colleague is using G40something maybe can curi from him and play around to see the comfort..the mamba currently only have mousewheel click issue...so i can still live with it.
When i buy mamba i thought i will need the wireless functionally, turn out i only used wired in the end  imagine the money i can save buy buying a wired only mouse HAHA

my mouse have early sign of failure after 4 1/2years.that good for budget mouse.

Been using the Logitech G502 1st gen for almost 2 years. Replaced it with the Corsair M65 Pro RGB last month, so far so good! Much prefer the texture on the M65.
