Does it happen for other PC as well?

Sounds bad. Perhaps can ask for RMA?

it'll be my backup mouse of course in case the G900 needs RMAing. Or if i think the 2.4GHz frequency is causing me health issues later on (God forbids it!)  tongue.gif

I have just started to use my Logitech G900 Chaos Spectrum and I am absolutely loving it.

I am sure you will enjoy it once you have received it.

Did you go through the tuning for your mousepad? I now cant use other mouse other than my own G900 specifically tuned to the mousepad I have on my desk. Tried using the old Mamba, everything felt off.
*
Interesting, going to try that out. I am using Fellowes mousepad (with Gel), not specifically for gaming but comfortable to use long hours of gaming (due to the wrist gel).

Going to try that setting out and report back later.

I am very impressed with the battery life for Logitech G900 Chaos Spectrum. To be fair, I have also switched off the RGB lighting entirely.

I have been using it for one week and after one week of moderate use, the battery level only got to 15% and below. Previously, my Logitech G700 would run out of battery in 2 days of moderate usage.

I could not tell the difference between my Logitech G502 and the Logitech G900 while playing Bioshock 2 Remastered (which I have just completed throught the weekend).

where i can buy vertical mouse...

I saw a few options on Lazada. If I remembered correctly, it was less than RM150.

Should be quite easy to get.

Hi, any recommended mouse with rm200 budget?

BTW, anyone know where can i get Zowie or Mionix mouse? Pretty interesting in this 2 brands but it seems like the only way i can get those mouse is from online shopping(which not possible for me since i do not have credit card)
*
I think you should try the shape of the mouse and also consider the specifications via computer hardware stores.

I think Gamer's Hideout in Digital Mall carries Zowie. Not sure about Mionix.

QUOTE(N33d @ Oct 18 2016, 03:27 PM)
just asking
how often does mouse sensor go bad?
i am asking because recently my G302 started double clicking, i managed to do surgery on it and fix the click issue and very happy with it
While getting the click fixed, i noticed that my aim getting suck recently compared to few months ago. not sure whether it is because of sensor also half way kaput? i did not remember i felt so hard to aim with this mouse before

i nv had a mouse that sensor went out before the click.
Or just maybe i sucks now lol
*
Unfortunately, it depends on luck.

1. My Logitech MX518 lasted for more than 7 years previously before the sensor gone bad.
2. My Razer Mamba lasted for around 2 years (first the wireless failed in 1 year and then sensor went bad in the 2nd year).
3. Roccat Kone lasted for around 3 to 4 years.

I have a number of mice which are about 2-5 years (or longer):
1. 2x Logitech G502
2. Logitech MX518
3. Logitech G500

wow
you have gone thru a lot of good mice
look like mine having high chance sensor going to kaput since it has been around 2 years. previously using G300 and encountered double clicking so my G302 is a replacement. G300 shape suit my hand more, wish that i opened it up to fix the clicking instead of RMA it which return me a G302

now keep me wondering why solid state thing like sensor also has such bad durability too
It is quite satisfying actually to fix double click issue laugh.gif addicted to it since i opened up my G302
*
I have tried other brands but always ending up going back to Logitech as my experience is that Logitech's mice are more durable.

In fact, my G502 has fallen to the ground a number of times. Other than some scratches, it is still very usable.

Same goes to my Logitech G900 which fell once on the ground (just without the scratches so fall)

Only problem is the double click issue... I kena once but manage to claim warranty and get replacement...

The double click issue occured on my Razer Mamba during the time my dad was using it. As such, I just replaced it with a Logitech G700 for my dad.

I heard g502 had been discountinued, is it real? If yes, is there any possibility to find it in lowyat? The rgb one is too pricey for me, and the only difference is just the lights and i dont really need it. Btw, just noticed the rgb ver is selling as the price of the non rgb ver in All IT(halloween sales), might try my luck to get one in this week. Else, i may consider corsair m65(but not my first choice and little bit higher price than g502). If my luck was so bad, both out of stock then GG me, dunno which mouse to buy anymore.
*
Trying to understand your post above.

Are you asking whether the G502 non-RGB mice have been discontinued or the RGB version?

Are you inclined to get the non-RGB version instead of the RGB version due to the price difference?

From your profile photo, what are your experiences with Steelseries mouse.

I have never tried that brand but I am open for recommendations / thoughts on Steelseries.

after testing Razer Deathadder, CM Inferno, SS Rival, and Logitech G400, I find the G400 gives me the most comfort and best grip while gaming and daily use

That is the remnants of the Logitech MX518 which has been refreshed several times.

I use similar mice for my travelling needs.

Guys,

Any suggestion for claw style wireless mouse?
The only brand I've been using is Logitech.
*
Budget?

Frankly, I would suggest going with Logitech G900.

I had very bad experience with my wireless Razer Mamba, previously.
