After like one year plus didn't eat KFC colonel burger coz of burger joints growing like mushroom around klang valley, so yesterday decided to stop by at KFC due to massive traffic jam. After ate the burger then only I realised it brings back my childhood goodness espeically its awesome sauce.

I can just swallow the mayonnaise juice even without the patty and the bun (of coz I don't waste green coz it's good for health). Now here comes the question. How come KFC mayonnaise taste so creamy, smooth and yummy one? It's not like ramly? mcdonalds? burger king? etc mayonnaise (coz im pretty sure those are using the boring brand)... Anyone know if KFC are doin their own custom made mayonnaise or they bought it from a certain brand? Where can I buy Mayonnaise that is taste identical to KFC one?

One of the best mayo you can get off supermarket shelves are from Kewpie. Expensive but very nice.

Oh... That one I tried it in Japan. Nothing special, it's just thicker mayonnaise sauce with nothing to pop in between the rear of your tongue. Whereas colonel burger mayonnaise has that kinda popsicle feel.... Wholesome goodness of my childhood.

Soybean Oil, Water, Egg Yolks and Eggs, Distilled Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Spices, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Calcium Disodium EDTA (Protect Flavor).

if spicy mayo:
Ingredients:
1/2cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup green onions -- chopped fine
1/4 cup hot chili paste
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper



Preparation: 1.Combine all ingredients in small bowl; mix until well blended
