if spicy mayo:
Ingredients:
1/2cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup green onions -- chopped fine
1/4 cup hot chili paste
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper



Preparation: 1.Combine all ingredients in small bowl; mix until well blended

dont need to cook la... just mix them together... u got hand ...u can do it.. else... get ur woman to do it..
