by the way, mitsubishi (japan) told that problem caused by non-tightness of some part of gearbox and they cannot solve it 

I tried before. Not 13 months. But only 3 days after the warranty date expired.

Wow 26 months is hell of a long. My new battery is 12.8. Should be fine as long as it doesn't drop lower and lower. If it does, then it is getting weaker. Time to change.

That i not sure, even though I started using back wet battery. I usually check battery water every weekend in the morning. Not after running the car for a period of time.
Since they said is always best to check your car early in the morning before starting. Same goes for EO and ATF checking.
