Yes it is good, the mall is great and it is very convenient staying close by. Plus its along the main roads so getting in and out is much easier..

Aparently the mall phase 2 has been delayed. I hope IOI does not delay this too long. The reason many people bought is because of the huge mall promised (bigger than midvalley when fully completed)...plus the consideration was walking distance to mall which would be possible when fully completed. The mall is already packed in the weekends until got no space to move..what is IOI waiting for?

I doubt this is true..not comparing apple to apple...compare the nett prices for similiar units and i am sure the units launched later will not be cheaper..

Yes i have and it is not true based on my checking. Unless i am missing out something? Maybe u could share some details or a comparision example since you have verified it?

To repeat, i cannot see IOI launching similiar units later at a cheaper price. So if u compare units from the two similiar blocks, block c (launched first) and block a, i dont see the units in block a being cheaper on a nett price comparision.

If u have an example, please share so that we understand what u mean..

Well..u need to compare c&a as those two blocks are similiar. Same direction, but at block c has got a nice view of the golf course and future 80 storey tower. Block d units dont enjoy this view. Thats why i guess price different la..

Why u like apple and orange so much..haha..its not fantasy la friend..its reality..units with nicer view are priced at a premium...

I bought conezion on day 1 it was open to private registers (those with vouchers), so yea, I also wish price increase alot for subsequent units but the market situation is not conductive.

Most developer also same..no price increase or very little increase..

Lets end this discussion here..we can agree to disagree..
