This is a good buy...this is the next mall after midvalley, 1U and sunway..how much would you pay for a property walking distance to these malls?

yes paid the same..but its very high...the lawyers are fleecing us.. so many additional charges...travelling charge, printing charge, toilet charge...etc.. there is easily an additional RM 2000 in there for the lawyers to sapu..imagine 1000 units, that RM 2,000,000. Where got free legal fees as promised by developer? And with this charges, for slightly more everyone could have got their own lawyers to represent them and protect their interest and not the developers.

My other properties are really not like this, if the legal fees are free its really free...the lawyer only charges everything that is charged to them (stamp duty, registration fees etc).

Why you talk nonsense? Please go and research and let me know back. I clearly mentioned things like stamp duty, registration are valid. Things like traveling charges, printing charges (and other nonsense which I forgot) which the lawyers whack is really not reasonable. By right if anything exceed RM 50, they need to provide receipt proof that they really did incurred the charges..did u know that?

Take traveling charge for example, when I met the lawyer, she met 4 other client at the same place and around the same time...how can they still charge crazy high traveling charges to everyone?

The other property I'm talking about has the same legal discounts/package as this one..but end up paying so much more here...

it's not a matter of whether it's under hda..not every single thing is governed under hda..

I signed up for a unit in Block B. I feel, like some others, the area has up-market potential and IOI has commenced building Conezion before selling, maybe the quality of its end products will be above average since the developer is not under time constraint to finish the project.

Regarding the Owners' FB page, has anyone set up one?

For myself and those who are paying extras for the semi-furnished units and planning to live in Conezion, I'm worried about the equipment to be supplied. Since we may potentially be paying the higher commercial electricity rate, it would be helpful if the air-cons and lighting to be installed have inverters and are LED respectively. Actually I do not mind paying a bit more to save on TNB costs down the road.

Any comments?

Yes, for a higher purchase price compared with Block C, the additional fittings are listed in one of the documents that I was asked to sign, but there is no reference as to their make or quality though.

Sorry i meant the owning and management of the commercial units. It will be great if ioi is owning and managing. But from what i know is that the commercial units are sold to individual buyers. Ioi only owns the 1 row facing the mainroad.

The mall is so far doing ok..once the buildings above are occupied will be better during the day..le meridien signboard is up ready and can see the room lights on at night..looks good..

IOI have confirmed that they are not selling any commercial lots, all to be withheld and managed by them..that way, it is ok as they can pull in the required tenants..
