Consider fresh grad (previos employment only 2 months as IT exec)
starting pay at RM2100 not include OT
Degree in computer science (result is 3rd class)

is this pay reasonable? high? or low?

A normal fresh graduate in engineering field would get around RM1,800 to RM2,400. If the salary is higher than that, then they are giving based on his/her qualification; e.g. 1st/2nd/3rd Class, with experience etc. I was offered RM2,000 before. Btw, I'm engineering graduate. smile.gif

I'm holding a general degree without honours smile.gif . And again, it depends on a few factors to have good pay;

1) Where you are working
2) Your qualifications (degree and experience)
3) Your job title/responsibilities

About the engineering job, I've seen a lot of companies posting engineering positions. However, some of them are not really related to engineering. They just put 'Engineer' word for the sick of it. As for your position, I'm not sure what the nature of your company's business. smile.gif

That's fine to what I see from here. Anyway, work at any cost (but not too low) for the moment to gain some experience. After that, you could ask for more with the experience you have in your pocket. smile.gif

No worries on where you come from. As long as you have the curiosity in mind, they will accept you as who you are.
