mostly city driving, i was expecting at least 7.5~8.1l/100km

claim FC and actual FC always so big diff

my mum's golf TSI claimed 4.3L/100km ended up 10.5L/100km....

I installed @ EA autowork locate in bukit jalil. Cost me rm400. The foc damper thingy later I'll upload.

I think the claim FC achievable only on 100% highway 90-110km/h. My FC now 9.3L/100km 100 city drive. Previously 8.3L/100km 70% city 30% highway. My honda city 09 doing 8.9L/100km , I'm happy enough it achieve almost the result considering it was 1.5 vs 2.0.

Idsi is meant for FC , in highway even can achieve 17km/L.

if u actually compared between the idsi and vtec, there is not much diff afterall biggrin.gif

yea i know cant compare 2.0 & 1.5, i am just disappointed that the difference between claim FC and actuall FC wink.gif

Maybe to achieve the claim FC is to maintain RPM below 2k all the time and to never turn on the aircond . lol

mine dropped till 8.8l/100km.... 100% city drive with jam everyday..... i am not a heavy footer, just occasionally if there is an empty straight road then apa lagi.... brows.gif
