This is becoming the surreal reality section of lowyat.
Like going into a dream world where there are flowers everywhere.. Pricing for medium condo in low class surroundings: - Guessing if launched in 2007: 150 psf - Launch 2010: 300 psf (it was seen as a bit expensive then) - Owners/agents talking in thread to sell at above 500 psf |
