minus credit cards . Parents money.. tax.. quit rents.. assessm3nts.. food.. entertainment.. it going to be ove4stretched with no savings..

bare in mind taking up flipped properties sure burn case 7 k... if single 7k joint 14k.. then sounds ok.. but then one would be older and exoerienced.. so will marry and children expenses oh..

forumers keep saying increase impose by BNM must go healthly.. cannot suddenly go up 3%.. ok justified lor it will burden ppl also...

ppl saying this failed to realize that the "flipping activity, agents marking up activity" is the most unhealthy in the market.. forcing imbalance  to the market thus surging units vacant yet sold units.. smaller size.. ulu-ulu areas..
AND IF BNM were to suddenly increase 3% that also is to counter flippers and speculators..

with price to increase by 2015.. potential buyers are getting less and less for flipped properties which are expensive.. of course they will have to buy.. but at the price which is more friendly i.e lower and suits their affordability or even new launches with low entry prices... or rent..

Been to Klcc property exhibition yesterday, tropicana kajang DSL 8xxk, 3 storey 9xx k. Eco majestic Semenyih 20x70 from 600k, bungalow lot from 130-140 Psf

DDD buying during burst and/or when a good bargin step forward.. and purpose is different.. flipping dudes no see price one.. buy first think later.. what ever cost.. expenses RPGT...  can factor in selling price.. confirm got ppl buy..

Hie guys, i believe now we have 2 camps with which are giving out statement in what they believe . The one who has not bought a property and hoping price to crash and the people who bought houses and hoping their price to continue rise.

When someone ask for fair election, u see a lot of people & group attack her what, newspapers, TV, Radio, hantam her days & nights, some more dance & show their butt to her, so u think problem us with her is it ? we should loop sided election to benefits selected few ?

BBW is championing fair property price, anything wrong ? those attacker r like TV TIGA SUKU & U2Sun attack him for personal gain so that market can continued to be loop sided like election system.

Why would you assume DDD campers do not own any property or properties? Most of us are discussing abt the property market scenario.... it's a bubble or not? 

How abt a particular UUU camper who owns 2 units condo (according to him la) and still stay with daddy&mommy.
