LKS sell china and buy US/Europe?
Does it mean China property will burst? Does it mean US/Europe property will boom? Or does it mean he thinks US/Europe prop will boom more than China? (All boom) Or is LKS accumulating bullet to BBB China when China burst? Or does it mean he is accumulating bullet to buy something big somewhere else soon? Or does it mean he got tired playing property and wan to play something else now? Or does it mean he wants to accumulate money to donate to charity? Do you actually think you know exactly what and why LKS is doing what he does. Simple people do something and tell it to the world. Smart people let you think of what he is doing but is actually doing something else. |

This weekend will see at least 2 new launches. One is Leasehold high rise near High Tension Wires and noisy highways for rm500/sf in Sg Besi. Limit 1unit/buyer onli. 30k deposit with 3k cancellation penalty so unlikely sticker game.
Another is freehold service apartment 600sf onwards in Bukit Puchong near Tesco. This area has been slow to pick up till recently. No LRT, but oso rm500/sf. Lets together gauge objectively via these launches if still got BBB scenes despite the negative sentiments and cooling measures. |
