anyone has any idea what's goin' on, and what might be the problem?

as far as drawing goes, there's no problem saving the works. But the moment, I typed in some texts, and save it.....the saving won't work, and out come a pop up box 'unknown error occured'.

I haven't encounter this problem before with Illustrator. This is a new installation of the software on my machine. Ever since this problem occur, I have tried to repair, uninstall, and then reinstall the software, but the problem persists.

Help, people? Thanks in advanced. smile.gif

some of your font got/need license, to solved it just OUTLINE that font or save your works in other format .EPS(recommended) instead of .ai or .pdf...<<< dont using this two format, you will lose your works because the application will closed automatically...
