Hi all! I'm planning on a rig right now to be made from somewhere within December 2014 to April 2014. I'll be using it as a Digital Audio Workstation whilst it being able to handle gaming. I know it's a long way to go, but I'd rather start on my list now then later. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Qualities: Silent Operation Controllable Fan Speeds Digital Workstation Worthy (Audio and Visual)
Parts: Motherboard [looking at the Asus x79 Deluxe right now. any comments?] CPU [Intel 4770K?] Graphics Card (Something that can be used in gaming and Video Editing) Sound Card (Something that is of high quality for audio editing) Case [Fractal R4?] PSU (something that can supply enough power after overclocking) Fans (Silent fans like Noctua fans depending on case) RAM (I need enough for intense editing and also high in Hz) Storage (preferably SSDs in Raid 10) Optical Drive (should be a BluRay read/write with DVD read/write) Cooling (Try not to be custom cooling because I'm not the kind of guy that will change the coolant)
Peripherals Monitor (1080p Monitors are fine. If possible, another monitor in vertical orientation on the right side that matches up with the horizontal one.) Keyboard (something functional and have great response) Speakers (gonna need awesome monitor speakers)
Legend: () Require reccommendation [] Require advice on
These are my required components. If you know where to get the components for a really cheap price, do PM me Location: Petaling Jaya Budget: RM4500// Usage: Gaming, Video Editing, Pro Audio Editing Required list before: 15th December 2014 Thanks in advance!

QUOTE(Clem1982 @ May 7 2014, 10:21 AM) hmm.. this looks like a system recommendation bro Go here-> https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3163951/+2300but as far as chassis goes, the Fractal R4 is a great choice, you could also consider the Nanoxia Deep Silence series that'll give Fractal a run for their money as well can have a look at our review of the DS1 here-> http://www.tech-critter.com/2014/02/unboxi...-silence-1.htmlmore like i need help And i'm not much of a computer person, but i do know about a few things only. So i just need somebody to theoratically build it for me. Right now i really have trouble choosing all the things with the budget :/
