i think existing only remained 1300 - 1600 sqf.
S&P price is around RM800k with 10.5% rebate

Ya. 1 of the lowest psf price for freehold MRT project. I think remained 10% units only.

Fuyoo...btw i am considering whether to buy the project behind mkh and also direct link to mrt....psf ard 550 to 650. The area is surrounded by malay kg and buying 1 room unit would be tough to sell...even after 4 yrs down the road...

MKH building normally got shop down stair,

so it just a Basic entrance for residence to enter
