Went to their sales gallery at old Lang road. Smaller unit are all taken up. Only 1300++ available. Bigger unit are still available.

I think it's good choice for investment due to the dual key concept and the link bridge to MRT. Too bad I already max my loan limit for my first house.

Why buy saville cheras so expensive and it is further from KL city centre compared to this newly launched project call The Sky Residence at Shamelin directly opposite the Shamelin Star Service Residence selling at RM550k onwards d for 2r2b and somewhere near Maluri MRT station. Nearer to town around 5km only and ikea cheras around 3km. There 2r2b 604sqft only selling at rm357k which is much more value for future capital appreciation as it falls under the same vicinity with kl properties price

u mz be agent from sky residence, saw u keep promoting it at other thread. saville cheras is developed by MKH cannot compare with HKS which is 1st time developer.

I am comparing the location and pricing... Product wise we all don't know how is the turn out of these both projects. Maybe Saville has better workmanship but I am sure that with the price tag of the Shamelin project is a good investment in terms of location. I am just voicing out my opinion that saville charges a premium price which not worth for paying it.
