Assuming everyone is fit, we already have a very good squad. And young too.

I hate to say this, but if we appoint a new manager and added one or two world class players (notably a CF and a CDM) , our squad will become a world beater.
And at that time, the new manager would take all the credit, while everyone will forget all of Wenger's hard work before that makes all that possible.

Its not like I'm a die hard Wenger fan or what, but I think I always stood firm behind him this season.
Tbf, I really want to see Wenger succeed with us. That man deserves to win trophies more that anyone.
But right now, I can't defend him anymore. Getting humiliated by how many time (?) this season, outplayed by team like Everton, stubborn to make an early changes to at least get a draw, keep blaming injuries years after years, repeating the same tactic even he knows (we know) it won't work, lack of mental strength etc. The list goes on...

But please, win the FA Cup and secure 4th place for the sake of Arsenal Football Club.
I really hope the BoD already have someone in their mind right now, as the last I know Wenger and the BoD already agreed a 2 year extension, only Wenger doesn't sign it just yet. And I think it is a good decision not to sign it, unless they can come out with one master plan for next season.
