oh..haha. okay. Bt i personally feel canon is better in overall. it may not have the excellent dynamic range, bt the colours seems to look better, and video is much much better at low light. the purple tinge in d610 at low light video really annoying. bt i still like d610 though. haha..well i cant compare i've nt used a canon 6d before..

I bought CPL and GND filter Citiwide. But also H&Y MRC UV
I think i will use more on the H&Y coz what I have now is some weird ayam brand Kumiko which i get it at rm25 , it really lose my sharpness in taking pic. I took a pic with and without it, it turned out that without filter is better. So that is why I planned to get that H&Y to replace Kumiko for standard use

The CPL I might use is once a while but the GND filter maybe during sunset or lansdcape shooting. Both is Citiwide. If I really use it alot in my photoshooting, I might get a better one as well. But right now I wanna try out first this different type of filters and learn how to use it in which condition.

I'm just an amateur. I think its not wrong to start with something cheap first coz i never used before the CPL and GND  I scare later buy expensive one later I didnt use alot

A prime lens will really help you improve your composition since you have to rely on your legs to get to the write distance etc., so its worth investing in one bro

im using lightroom to edit
for that effect, normally i will increase the temp a little then lower down the vibrance and saturation
and in the luminance, normally i will just adjusting the orange bar, cuz of human skin tone
spilt toning, the highlight just drag to some vintage color, saturation abt 20-30
shadow just drag to some color like grey or dull color, then the balance 50:50
if u want vignetting then just add on

Just got my h&y multicoated lens filter. So far the filter doesn't degrade the lens. Tested with lens and without lens. Haha

My D90 has all A, B and L at 1.00, compatible firmware is A : 1.00, B 1.01. So can't update?

I think the colours are a bit distracting, especially the cyans: perhaps can try reduce more contrast; or selectively reduce saturation for cyans/green/blue
The composition and presentation of the photo maybe not that good haha... I'm not sure what the couple was looking at Not really sure those are windows or walls.
And I think the vertical "pole (?)" would be better off farther to the left i.e. asking the couple to stand more towards the right if its possible (sorry if not applicable haha, not really sure where this place is )

In short, I think this photo lack the "punch", if the couple was looking at something spectacular (awesome sunrise/sunset/fireworks etc. et.c), then the shot will also become spectacular

Just wanna ask those have experience use it before, can it use as portrait lens too?

Or it just purposely for macro only?
