Hmm this freshyyf has quite a good point. Lol.
yyneb, simon is still in the hobby but he's rather detached from the BSM club since he's more attached to the MBC. I think i will bring about 10 fish to display there for sale apart from the competition fish. They will be as nice, if not nicer than most of the fish you see on Aquabid. Their quality has gone down the drain in recent months.

Ketapang is the way to go, dudes! Ketapang will heal most of your common fish illnesses.

QUOTE(Lefty @ Dec 4 2006, 06:49 PM) i just drop a female betta into a 2ft tank with plants . The tank leavve by a male crowntail male betta.(very active) but the female HM like no responce . just stay under the tank and hide herself behind something. like a dead fish. can she still give birth ? pretty worry about her. . . why like this ? She can still lay eggs. But crossing HM to CT is a recipe for odd, ugly fish. You might have better luck crossing the male to a plakat.

SOmetimes, in HM, you cannot really prevent the fin rot. Altho changing water everyday and also putting in ketapang helps alot.

Wow! Nice fish, Sumaika! Traditional Irid line. Very nice. The result of the cross between the male u got from david and the female you got from yewlin, right?
ANd also, I think betta pro might help with the finrot problem.

i use aged water to change the water of my bettas. No need to acclimatize them each time as the water parameters in your area shouldn't change that much, assuming you don't change water once in 3 months.
