But the JEC cable is another story. After my friend tried to install it on his wira. He saw the plug on the distributor side is quite loose and confirm they won't stay in place. The inner contacts is different to the current plug cable too. Maybe it's MMC and not VDO? How to differentiate them? Any idea how to resolve this?

Please attach a photo of the MMC version of the cable. I am not even sure if you sent me the wrong cable or what. I really need to be sure..... since you can't even describe in simple words what is the difference between the 2 cables (and I have asked many times!).

And.. RM20 for courier fees? Are you sure? Postlaju won't even charge more than RM8 for this weight. Some more I have already mentioned to you via PM (which you gladly didn't even bother to reply to) that I will absorb the cost for sending it back. So on top of that, now I need to pay you an overcharged courier fees? Your after sales support is extremely disappointing actually. Much worse than any other sellers here at LYN.

Well. I'm not trying to be difficult here. But I have been trying to get hold of you since Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and I didn't get a single response from you until I posted a negative feedback. So I'm not sure what kind of help you are trying to provide here. And when you finally replied, you tried to overcharge me courier fees to reship another set of cable. This is poor business manner. You were also unable or avoiding to answer my queries. So what's the differences between VDO and MMC cables? Maybe you don't even know what you are selling?

I think I will sell this to a friend or something. Probably much easier than risking to deal with you again.



To all potential buyers:
The Quadcore cables are OK, but the seller so so. Expect no answers from queries. No response after you paid. And full of "it's your own problem" attitude.
Dealt with 20+ sellers this year at LYN, this is my worst experience.

However I still don't understand why as a seller you refuse to provide details upon request. All I want is a photo of a VDO and MMC cable that you currently have. Seriously it's not even difficult. This has reached to a point where I'm wondering if you really did ship me a wrong cable and trying to avoid the fact.

Anyway, I am tired for any further arguements. I will be selling this cable to someone. So no loss here. Good luck in your business.. good bye.
