my experience so far for this cable..
1. When i move my car from idle....there is a jerk....then only it start moving....
2. then i dont experience any improvement in accelaration....y like tat??
is there any thing wrong????

4. then there is some weird sound coming fron the engine while im driving...more like electric sound....zerk zerk like tat...

Bro my cable the inside connector stock to my spark plugs when today the mechanic change spark plugs how?

The connector inside the black rubber head came out stuck on the spark plugs 2 of them like tat another 2 ok....

ei yesterday my mechanic already let the engine cool down for an hour+ plus is raining heavy as well..
the mechanic already dismantle it as instructed last time by your installer.
So I think maybe got abit manufacture defect gua, cuz only 2 like this another 2 ok.

But you might say u can't calculate that way as package is cheaper. But you can't deny the fact, RM130 / 4 = RM32.50
2 new cable cost RM65 and repair already cost RM40? and a new single cable cost RM50?
From a few post above, u say u need to charge rm20 for shipment that you are going to waived, but I saw from your 1st post it only cost RM10 for shipment, so why the contradiction?

Sorry, im just calculating by layman term, cuz you cant say i dont noe how car accessories part pricing works. So need abit explaination here.

I think the seller lack abit of customer service and after-sale service. I started out without asking him nicely about the solution available. He only gave me 1 and that involve paying quite a large amount of money without any explaination.

Before I bought this cable, he gave me all sort of guarantee and say he has good after-sale service, but instead this is what happen.

Trying to completely ignore me even on the public thread here. I have not gone to complain in the Dispute Corner because I respect the seller that dispute can be solved without going to that extend. But this is what I get.

Hmm i guess NSR have mistaken my point. Im asking the metal clamp in the cable got stuck to the spark plugs which is very bad quality for a expensive cable. But anyway i just need to place bac the metal clamp to the cable, tats all. So y does placing bac the cable need RM40.

From what i c there is no need for any wiring or new material. So im asking for that explaination.

Even if u buy a computer from a shop that is not need for replacement parts they wont charge you anything.

Today I went to a ah pak shop which fix it for me using his hands and basic tools only. It took him less then 30mins to fix it. After that he told me is free. Because he said is a simple job even i can do with given tools.

So i think your 5 figure machine is equivalent to a free job from normal mechanic. And you say need expensive machine and experience worker.
Clearly from this, I noe your lying straight to me.

How can you call your customer to ever trust your words. From this experience i think i cannot never trust you for your sales and service again. I hope for your future customer, to give some thought before making a decision to purchase.

Yup. By right I have to pay for the postage with given explaination. Most of the seller, even im a seller if anything i also pay for the postage to the factory not my customer. The most is my customer pay for me sending item back to him. I noe the procedure. Then if your supplier is telling you the need a 5 figure machine to fix this simple cable. I think you can go and find another supplier.

Factory need labour, but whenever they fix something they will tell you what are they going to do and y is the price for that repair b4 calling the customer to pay. Even you go to proton service center they will do that as well.

But for you, you call your customer to pay without explaining to them what is the situation. For me that is one of the worst after sales service I have ever seen.

This seller keep on claiming he say answer and give me an explaination. If people can read his reply will know all he is doing is avoiding me and simply giving me excuses. I think for most buyer with that money can get the same thing from other seller as well with better after sales service. As buying a product with good after sales is vital as well.
