QUOTE(havenzhiv @ Aug 18 2014, 01:52 AM) Can try scouring lowyat, maybe? HTC quoted my previous one X replacement screen for RM690, with one month diagnostic and one month for repairs. Went to lowyat and got it replaced within two hours, RM350. Was some shop with a blinking LED signboard saying "MOBILE PHONE REPAIRS". Lol |

Anyone facing any delay when unlocking the phone? It's not as fast as when I'm using 8.1DP, there's a fade-in animation. Flashy but so annoying :/

Guys, if you really want tempered glass SP, you can try what I did. Buy a redmi note tempered glass SP and stick it on. The shape's almost the same and the size is nearly similar. Plus note's size is 5.5 inch, it'll not stick out over the edge like what @sklchan and @mf_yamato said

QUOTE(DrEaMmyZ @ Sep 27 2014, 08:56 PM) Guess I have to give up on L1520 afterall... Too many people oppose my decision with things like some daily apps not available in windows, windows can't compete with android ios, windows have less support than them, windows don't have this and that, no Waze no ____ etc Waze is inferior to HERE Maps, in my opinion. Lol just my two centsAnd I can't really retort with that cause that's the sad truth Probably going for an android phone afterall... |

QUOTE(DrEaMmyZ @ Sep 28 2014, 03:12 PM) Yeah I will, yesterday went to a reseller shop (KTS communication) and when I went in the shop and asked for lumia 1520, the shopkeeper was like okayface and tell me only left 1 white colour 1520, then ask me why want to get lumia 1520, then tell my family shouldn't get windows phone because nobody use bla bla, I haven't even talk already brainwashing my family =.= Nokia HERE is accurate. I live in Klang too bro, constantly driving around in KL with offline HERE Maps. Any wrong routes you take will be corrected in 3-4 seconds, no worries. then she bring me to the phone there only to realise the phone can't even being test use by me, either the phone is broken or no charge/electric, then keep want introduce me samsung after some researching and asking, note : does waze have offline navigation ? also is nokia HERE maps accurate in Malaysia ? because from what I heard, waze uses something like user's own review and usage to navigate even further like some small road etc they also can navigate or sudden road change. need this information does waze have offline navigation ? also is nokia HERE maps accurate in Malaysia ? because from what I heard, waze uses something like user's own review and usage to navigate even further like some small road etc they also can navigate or sudden road change. need this information thanks for your courtesy bro, but unfortunately I stay in klang, selangor. To the above comment, I switched from a HTC Butterfly to L1520. Then HTC One Max. Then I got back the 1520 because once you go lumia, you never want to go back |

QUOTE(shakku @ Oct 1 2014, 02:47 PM) Planning to get a L1520 white version. Kinda worried of two things - the camera hump and discoloration of the poly. Nillkin casing is thin and provides just the right cutting to protect the camera bump. Won't even notice it's there Worried the camera hump will cause the glass lens surface to be scratched when put on table. Any users can feedback on this? I know putting a case would solve this problem. Also, anyone bought before from SatuGadgetdotcom? |

QUOTE(KL_leo @ Mar 4 2015, 08:11 PM) Plan to buy 1520 this week. It's always the centre of attention wherever I go, so be ready to be the superstar of the group. Is it worth for a try? Any good or bad about this phone or any other comments from current user? "EHHH what phone is that, so big!" 1520 is second to none in terms of performance, and since I don't use my phone for games, I've found it hard to switch back to android, having tried HTC One (M7), (M8), Max, LG G3 in the past, always came back to my 1520. Only thing that changed was the colour |
