Those who invested in rubber 5 - 7 years ago, now really huat.

50 years cheap land, 6 years harvest, 20+ cut down, re-plant. Very very good profit.

2 cycles enough to retire

That time I didn't think much, neither did I bother about the FA. I monitored the graphs for a few weeks, it was 55 and 6, with more constant 6. I thought it would break 6 and hit 65 or 7, so I went in at 55. Wrong move hehe. But its FA isn't really bad either, so I can wait.
