Hey guys, I've whipped up another simple recipe, from one of my all-time favorite food: The frittata! A frittata is like a quiche, but without the crust, and less dairy in it. It is one of the easiest and yummiest things to make, for breakfast and also for lunch. It's a very long post, so you can read all about it here, and I have posted some photos of it for your benefit. It's one of the yummiest things to go with some sriracha or garlic chill sauce. Plus this one has got LOTSA BACON in it! M.

QUOTE(pasarmalam @ Mar 27 2014, 10:52 AM) mat salleh omelette but not bad la Haha! Yes it is, but very little oil involved compared to Malaysian omelette. Can make a hybrid of this and add in some Milo or something.

try incorporate some spinach, they actually taste really good with fritata, expecially the texture from spinach.

My friend has done a wonderful chill tuna & mussel frittata before and that was the best I've ever tasted.

I made mini frittatas once, it was quite good. Instead of using one large pan, I used a cupcake baking tin and made each mini frittata different. The one with spinach, jack cheese and bacon and another with spicy chorizo and onions were the best, you should give it a go!
