Gua punya drive only half a year already got sound. Done skimming, after a short while come back. Change brake pad to FBK, after a while also come back. Then it goes away.......then some times comes back. Just live with it.

sorry to hear tht bro. but seriously..for me skimming neva help removing the sound. (had the same situation when i had my saga kebal)
if u still use the same OEM disc, i think to find the right pads is the solution..
if u ask me, ive used rapid stop on OEM persona discs, stil got sound but very rare to hear the sound. neva tested other pads on OEM yet coz now im using non-oem discs (brembo).

2nd thing mayb to check ur chamber whether ur tire straigh like this... []---[]
if chamber senget, it culd b the reason also coz if u no persona discs are plug n play to its base. if ur tires r not screwed well, then urs dics also goyang la.
but usually workshop guy will gun screw it well la..

3rd: if all not helping, skim the discs urself by driving like a racer n hard brake like a racer for 3 months..

Take the bus, no need replace here and there. The bus company will do it for you.

You can console yourself that replace here and there in proton, the total cost of the many items could not match for example a pair of front lamp of audi 6. Only 1 pair of item.....over RM15k....itu baru cakap print money.

Anyway, I drive a 1st batch Persona H line 2007 model.. The one with identical engine as gen2. Not the iafm version.

Just wanna ask if you all facing problem such as the rear disc brake keluar bunyi "woooo" whenever u hit the brakes when you just started the car?


And sometimes, my car jerks like as if engine is about to die fire when it's idle.. Is that due to faulty spark plug?

And also the timing belt. Is it necessary to change it at exactly 100k? My milage is 96k now but i kinda sayang wanna change it so fast..

they are more bothered with churning out ECU updates for their CFE line up...
