So uninformed ka . All cars under the Proton badge have sampan handling. Owners syiok sendiri compare to sampan say good. Lotus handering is gimmick. Proton!!

already got vios and myvi at home, just want to lower the back of the persona cause the b-line suffer from very bad nose diving from hard braking. my friends suggest to just change springs absorber remain stock. now im confused.

Really? How old is your B-Line? When was the last time you changed the front absorbers? Maybe they're worn out. Or that's memang the characteristics of a sampan .

1 year old only. The rear is higher than the front, so i guess when braking all the weight got transferred infront, that why i'm planning to lower the rear only.

Oh... I don't really think it helps that much. But you could give it a try since they're just RM65 per piece for the rear shocks. Otherwise maybe you should consider getting stiffer springs / shocks for the car, and/or upgrade the rear to disc brakes which may help to some extent, and/or buy someone's H-Line for the EBD function. I hear that Personas are dirt cheap now.

Well... When I got the shock absorbers changed to Kayaba shocks for my Persona, I wasn't expecting it to be lowered as well (front and back by about a finger). Nose diving when braking... I get that when it's really hard braking, but it feels pretty normal under normal braking. Maybe you need to re-adjust your braking style.

so your persona on kayaba shocks with stock springs? how is the handling? sometimes sudden hard braking can feel

yeah tht one bolt is pricey...for me this bolt just helps to lighten up my steering wheel, easy to turn, n less alignment service.

I truly disagree with that sampan thingy? Coz my opinion is with cars at sub-100k category, Proton handling is one of the top. If yours got sampan handling, something is out of tune liao, maybe change back to new original absorber, spring, etc.

You want sampan handling, try vios, city, almera etc. While these cars handling are adequate, it is shit when comparison are made with PE. For handling, I personally like it even better than 8th gen civic although every other things lose out.

On side note : our PE stock absorber is APM kah ?
