Seeking for some opinion and advices from all sifu here.

POssible to run this combo mod (ENgine internals)
1) use the 4B11 2.0 storker kit in the 4B10 1.8? Lower down the engine block height with thinner gasket to get higher compression. Gain small HP and torque. Same applies with using the 2.4 kit in the 2.0 engine.
2) Get Kenny to adjust the fuel and air after the internal changes above.

any comments ?

If you really want to do perfect job, you can find bodyshop that can use cement to cover the holes and respray paint. I have seen people doing that with stolen spoilers and they removed the piece of chrome at the boot lid too for 2.0 versions.

Very risky I guess. If this can be done, why don't Proton do the same ? Save cost, and time. Since no need to drill 3 holes and the bolts and nuts...

The most important I found:
you need to find a piston that can fit properly and ensure the block does not crack and can take up the additional stress of it.

Just giving u guys ideas only.. Our engine block are not meant for heavy mods.. Older days evo engine yes.. Many over size it and further stroke it

In order to get the same bore with 4b12 in 4b10, i need to bore 2mm, bigger crank radius by (97 - 77.4) and shorter con-rod by (97 - 77.4/2) ??

Theoritically yeap
Logically no.
Coz there wont be any crank that can fit without customizing
And engine spec are precise up to 0.01mm ..
If u plan to put in the 2.4 crank u gonna blow the engine head as the 2.4 block is 11mm higher (if i remember correctly)

And the amount of price to custom build a crank rod (which im not sure even do able here, not forgeting the reliability) and also the shorter con rod... Not to mention the extra vibration u getting for such a long stroke.. U might not be able to rev high rpm if it is not done properly..

Juz for ur infor the 4B12 comes with internal balancer shaft due to its extra long stroke
