i am with a contractor, one year i filled my logbook and then when i submitted the book the woman from ISM called me and scolded me about all sorts of things

she said i did something wrong, because i submitted the projects that my supervisor wasn't the consultant for, i told her i didn't know he had to be the consultant for that project and she said i'm a liar. why would i waste my time doing something that isn't right??

and then she said 'i don't know which school you come from, don't know what calendar month is'. apparently she thinks that calendar months and working days is the same. how can it be the same, i work on saturday so i fill the log book, so calendar months cannot be the same with everyone's working days. some people work overtime, how?

she scolded me about all sorts of things, i don't even know why she was so angry, i just graduated the year before and as a senior and a professional her behaviour was so inappropriate

anyway she was very rude etc so i realized that i cannot get sr as long as i work with contractor. i was so fedup with her and wanted to write to the newspaper hahaha but i didn't just IN CASE i want to do sr again
