currently my PWM IC is when full load is around 50 to 54 as i feel is kinda of high for this temperature so i need help how to cool down bcos i already change the board HSF to evercool copper HSF for the board only the chipset temperature is normal around 46-48 which is normal i thinks.

anyway another question are there is 2 5/12V power connector on DFI NF4 ultra-d i only connect 1 of the 5/12V that using 4 pin molex connector but for other one which using FDD 4 pin power connector i didnt connect is it okie??do i need to connect it??

i didnt cool my PWM IC specifically....i think case ventilation plays a big role in cooling it down tho.... and the FDD 4 pin power shd feed power to the graphic card slot.... better plug in as well as suggested b4 dfi-street.

Lack of ventilation is the main factor of Overheated Component ...

Did you had Your MotherBoard Overcrowed by wires and Cards ?

Make sure the AIR flow freely to every compartment on your MOBO ...

i using ninja heatsink and it block could this be the problem??also i using gigabytes 3d aurora mobo should be not problem for ventilation since all the wire on the right side of the casing, so any more suggestion ???

just point a 80cm to the PWM heatsink then u can see some slight drop on the temperature...

plus a good ventilation setup will be a bonus

it's more simpler to cool down the PWM than the hotty nforce 4 chipset on dfi mobo..

for the extra molex & floppy connector on board....i din connect it so far no problemo for me running my the system over here..

if i'm not mistaken...it's for power hunger big boys gcard and SLI setup for these additional connectors..

i dont thinks so can put 80cm fan on the pwmic since is on the middle or any way can modifiy to connect the fan??

Place a 80mm fan anywhere arround the proccesor.You'll see a huge temp drop on PWM,you're on ninja?then it's hardly work since the ninja will cover/block the Ic beside the proccesor slot.You can cut and mod a 4-5mm plexi to hold/place the fan,Hope you got the picture of what i mean.

Place a fan below your CD drive. It works for me

fix double sided tape @9cm fan, put it beside big typhoon heatsink - direct blow to PWM n NF4 Chipset...from outside - like CoolerMaster Stacker 830 already... fan fan fan...

I don't have any now but i can make it for you.I'm far from your place so i think it's not possible.

my PWM IC reading from MBM is only 35 - 40 wo.... and i m using aurora 3d as well...

usually is around 46-49 but primetime is around 50 above so scare ler

i juz changed my case from CM centurion 530 to Aurora 3D n my cpu temp increase 3C from it used to be... huhu

your hsf is running pasive cooling? mine i just try to lower the fan a bit. there's 1 degree drop. but not significant la. i think the ventilation plays an important role lor. cause its really hard to cool the pwn unless you attach a Small and powerful fan blowing directly on to it

Exactly.But a 40mm fan will be useless to cool down the PMW,a 80mm case fan will do grat cooling there,however since he's using ninja,i don't think he can place any fan near the PWM Ic.
