Just answer yes or no.

Is DVD Component also mean Component input? Can it work for PS2 and other video game consoles?

Because I saw a DVD component TV by Panasonic, only RM699

Yes it can work but u hav to see if the plug fits the socket also

maybe your thinking why so cheap tv got component input
you have to realise that it support that type connection
if it have progressive scan support
then it is a bargain

but i tot that component only uses 5 normal rca plugs
3 for colour(red green blue) and 2 for audio (left right)
so it wouldnt be a problem

yes, dvd component is component input.

but component doesn't mean the tv can display HD or progressive signal.
