I am driving a 2013 bold. Can I install hill stop assist as seen on 2014 version ?

Just did 60000km major service and cost rm1065. I wonder why the brake fluid oil need to replace every 20000km ?
Btw I am using full synthetic PETRONAS oil . I consider not a cheap car in terms of maintenance charges. |
