u guy's engine got rattling sound?
mine can hear clearly when open up the engine bonnet.
looks like engine valve sound, but it doesnt sound like ocv.
coz ocv is louder a lot, right?

SC just told me that engine sound is normal.
And cannot confirm about the hard start problem.

Actually I found that Exora CFE is slow.
even slower than a Wira 1.5 on accelerate 0-120kmh.

How come u guys can beat others great car easily?
such as estima or wish? u guys sure?

I think it even slower than vios and myvi.

ya, i know that. i'm exora owner too.

but i saw the previous thread ppl keep saying that they are beating others car easily.
they always claimed that those japan mpv or others segment B sedan has no match with Exora CFE.
so i give it a try but the result are really disappointing.

the wira owner is my friend, and its 14 years old 1.5l engine.

how u test your both car? driving experience?

for 0-100kmh,

his car did 12+ sec,
and mine need 14+ sec.

need to hear from your feedback.

For me, current EB Turbo performance are more than enough for me. No need to do comparison with other car.
Maybe just add in a VS+GC or retune the ECU to make my EB more responsive and some fuel saving.

i did try with wira 1.5 and gen2 cps.
wira 1.5 can easily win in term of pick up.

gen2 is one car behind me, its only slow on accelerate, but good at high speed.
my car max speed only at 180kmh. same goes with the gen2 cps.

all stock engine. and i did install gc.

i saw yours rpm stay at 3k a while, u only pressing half at start then full throttle at 70kmh-100kmh?

and u did install open pod, did it improve ur accelerate a lot?

Also, a car with fast 0-100km/h doesn't mean that it feels fast. Personally to me, even though the EB isn't what you call "powerful" or "has great acceleration", driving it is certainly a pleasure because of the turbo kick. Many of my friends too agree with me that the turbo kick is what makes the EB fun to drive. Of course, everyone's definition of powerful is different smile.gif

im on latest ecu setting, i doubt u are also the latest one.
possible that grounding will make it slow? coz the only thing i added is grounding.

and yes, i just need more pick up. its important for city driving.

i found out that my engine sound is quite loud.
especially when open up bonnet.
