I have the same issue too, within a week after got my EB, drove to KLIA2 to pick up customer to Pg, the car tend to go left. Visited the SC in Penang while the receptionist said they will only redo the alignment FOC if mileage below 500 but my car almost hit 1K for the 1st service. However, call Proton I Care and the operator told me to send to the SC and they shall fit for me, else call again during official hour to lodge a report then with the report no, refer to SC again. Went to the same SC again, directly look for the Senior Service advisor while he asked the person incharge of balancing / alignment to check and he did some adjustment for my car (not the proper alignment with machine) and let me try 1st. So far seem ok but really need to go for a longer ride to prove it! Hope this help!

Oh like that. Whats ur opinion on ground cable? Would it help to stabilize the power and improve performances? 1 shop quoted me $298 included installation while in ebay / lelong can got it below $50 and in the forum got ppl show the diagram on where to install it.

The price i mentioned was quoted by a accessory shop included installation, not DIY. As for DIY, I might get its from online store which cost less then $50 for 5 cables /set and do it myself... LOL

Btw, sorry to know that u been wasted time in SC today. They really taking up time to handle problem, my last visit appointment @ 9am but I waited for the queue untill 935am then handover my bold. While waiting for my friend pick up, i seated there till aroun d 12 noon but notice my bold just seated there at the parking area without any action... doubt when then start checking my bold and I return around 5pm to pick up my car but problems seem not really done.

1) High fuel consumption - claimed they had done it, dunno, still monitoring
2) Reverse engine died - claimed they had tackle it, dunno as yet to encounter again
3) Fuel cover stuck if push too hard when close - dif kind of stuck now while will need to fix it next round
4) dashboard seem have sound - claimed need another full day or 2 to check.
5) Rear bumper missing screw - Ordering the screw and bracket and need to wait a week, need to pay even its missing 2 days after i got my bold. Yet to received call from them and will call and ask.
6) Alignment running to left - saw a Indian guy was doing alignment when i pick up my car, seem its better and no charge
7) Radio stop sometime and the volume vary on dif channel (87.8 louder, 92.1 & 92.8 softer) - still the same
8) Wiper stop in the middle during operation - claimed fix but still encounter the problem
9) Ground cable bracket area rust - cleaned the area and so far so good
10) Front bonnet uneven after close, got sound when move it - yet to fix and on next round.
11) Remote key distance not far, above 1 car distance not function - SA claimed its security measure. Any advice?

Guess if problem continuing unfix, calling I-care or wecare might help.

Beside, I just checked on Yes web page, there a statement said any new proton car purchased from 1st Oct 2013 till 31st Jan 2015 entitled for the Yes huddle bundled with 1 year free subscription, but my S told me NO, wonder why while will check out further.

i doubt... but from yes web page, its say all model of proton car except those used as taxi.... i'll check with yes 1st, then 1-care / we-care.

i have a different version of my SC here. even i'm late for my appointment, when i hand-over my service book, they put a notice on my order list, "urgent, customer waiting", and my BOLD straight in although there's a few others before me. pity them, so jealous.

oh bro, which SC u went? mind to share!

1) I usually use Ron95 but last 2 week I did tried 2-3 tank of Ron 97 when going outstation but its doesn't seem giving very good FC. Usual a full tank of 95, its can only last me less then 400 km... What they always said how heavy footer we are but I would say how soft footer we shd then to archieve the low FC (tried these few days, the FC raise easily above 13-19.9 even we not really pressing the pedal) Will continue monitoring it. Btw, I felt b4 my 1K service, the FC seem better as I did a trip to KL and back, guess I managed to get above 600 but recently 550 the most loh, even with Ron 97. I use Mobil 10-40 semi during my 1K service!
2) I did do it steadyly. My last encounter was doing a 3 points turns while shifting to R, engine died unnoticed, after pedal press and nothing happen, then only i knew it... LOL!
8) How to explain on the wiper, may be during stop at junction or when shifting to neutral, sometime i encounter it still move up a bit and stop at 1/3.
10) I knew about it and did tried to tuning the stopper but no success... the S said next round will ask the foreman to do something on the middle hook.
11) I does mean to have a very far distance but just a car distance seem very near for me loh.

Anyway, just call SC and my screw & bracket for my rear bumper had arrived, appointment this wed to fix it as well as other things in doubt. Will keep u posted.

I do understand the BCM features but I dun think its normal for such 'hang' at 1/3 especially when I shift from 2 speed to 0 (nil).

Oh, i swapped to Caltex during my previous car while lately used Shell. I'm not Petronas supporter, so.... hehehe!

Agreed with ur driving behavior, shd pedal at accelerate for awhile then cool and steady after reach 40-60km/h. After understanding the driving behavior, now am monitoring and perhaps can have better fc.

I usually dun freeing the gear during downhill, as its oso not good for stopping, as engine breaking not present, might cause some unforeseen accident too.

Go through our bold manual, its stated 20M for the remote distance but however dun think its right as too far for that. Beside, our car tinted also shd effected the sensitiveness of the remote key.

Today went to SC to fix the rear bumper issue, the bracket eventually broken and had it replaced, charged by sc but reasonable price loh although shd claimed with my car dealer but nvm lah.

Going for my 10K service soon (6k now), will try out the totally free service by using the Petronas Mach 5 10w-30 mineral oil. Any ppl used that now or before?

Its may depend on the which showroom as well as color u choose, the best is just drop by the showroom and ask the sale agent.

As for the car alignment slightly to left, I would say go to SC ASAP as when mileage higher, they might not do free alignment for you anymore (thats what my encounter too but I check when mileage almost 1K and they said need to be charge, >500 should be still cover).

From our manual book, reccomended 10W-30 but never stated Mineral, Semi or fuly. Its still my doubt choosing the engine oil but my 1K service was using Mobil 10W-40 semi, would try out 10W-30 mineral on 10K as its under the total free service LOL.

s for4 the spark plug, its only need to be change @ 60K or 100K, need not worry too early while the price for a set around RM400 as its not normal type, from other owner experience.
