When people ask me about FC, i always give the worst case scenario...hence, 7-8km/litre

Personally i get 8.5km/litre on average in city

I don't think it is Exora SV, we already have Exora Bold Standard

I can see Chrome lining at the rear, rear view cam, rear fog lamp, and spoiler, I doubt 'SV' will equipped with these

Furthermore, this is old picture. I saw it in 2013, hence the CFE emblem instead of 'Turbo'. My guess this is overseas spec because rear fog lamp is a must for them

Battery showing sign its gonna dead, car hard to start. The stock battery lasts sharp 2 years Happy 2 years old to my EB, love you so much although many problem

Me myself let the sc put x1r for :

First 1k service
10,000km service
20,000km service
30,000km..I said I didn't want

Now mileage near 40,000km, will ask them to inspect my turbocharger unit if the Impeller shaft broken due to X1R. Maybe because of this X1R, my fc becoming worse

X1R is engine additive which SC push us to buy & use during service interval

No use X1R = No damage to turbo
Use X1R = Damage the turbo

anyway, the letter didn't say anything about stop exora production

So far, never heard about upcoming exora facelift
But if there is, it will have esc and extra side airbags just like Australia variant

The exora cfe caught fire at hospital that one ah? If you follow up eocm fb, you will know the true story
Caught fire by itself is just a rea cough cough son to make insurance claim easier

2 years old, suppose to go 40k service last 2 weeks, but had to cancel because so busy nowadays
This Wednesday got appointment with SC, hopefully can fix. I will let you know whats the cause

My eb admitted to ward at SC today, so many problem to solve they say, need more than one day!

No car to go back home

1. Car gives out funny squeak noise on uneven road, noise from front at first. Now it can be heard from front, rear, left and right. This is the major problem I have right now. I cant tolerate, its loud

2. Funny taktaktak noise comes out from dashboard, not yet start engine, just slot the key in to ACC, noise start to appear. Both front and rear aircond off also got sound. On engine also got that taktaktak noise. Theres no moving mechanical right if the key is at ACC? but got that taktaktak sound. Don't know wheres the source, SC say need to open dashboard.

I scared if they break few dashboard pin/clip during dissemble and assemble, which will make more rattling noise! Not only that, I scared they accidentally scratch the dashboard Last service, they lost my service manual book, wtf right? and replace with another service manual book, but its not for exora bold cfe noob sc

3. I don't know whats the part call, its the sponge like material below the black wiper pillar inside the hood near the firewall. I don't know how it got wet, so it start to tear apart. And the mounting hole of that thing is getting bigger and that thing start to fall off.

4. Just happen last week, when I steer to right, and counter steer back to straight. At 2 o'clock, it will give loud "Tak" sound once. Wat de hell

5. Front room lamp bulb always kong. Change the bulb, next day kong again.


Dont know how long need to leave the car....

Update on my problem

They just called me. They done the 40k km service interval. Tomorrow special service team will be sent to the SC to inspect whole car, rectify and fix. Feels like king liao

Maybe next week only can get the car. Luckily my son is on semester break, borrow 'his' car at the moment

The taktaktak sound from dashboard already complaint at 30k service, they say they fix the broken aircond thing inside the dashboard, but the sound is still there when I receive the car. So I told them to fix this annoying sound this time.

The suspension giving funny sound comes from all direction, front right left, rear right left. And guess what my son told me when he driving behind me at night, sparks come out from under the car everytime I travel at bumpy road


Sokonglah barang buatan tempatan they say, standing kualiti jenama luar they say

Hopefully I get back my car in good condition, if not I will change perception towards Proton.

Got this 1 time, fast and furious from puchong to tanjung gemok

Full tank till light blinking only 330km+- A lot of high speed overtaking and braking. Was rushing, FC meter shoot to 13.8 lel

Got my eb back today after 4 days at SC.

Many parts changed and they told me it cost over rm2000. Covered under warranty I just need to pay rm351 for 40k km service

All the problems solved, I satisfied No more all that taktak noise, as good as new. No squeaky sound anymore. Firewall insulation changed to new as it tore already. Faulty suspension also replaced. Good service, thumbs up
