Here is the link.
http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a1z09....&id=38437489493 The seller review is not perfect. Buy at your own risk Do not blame me if anything bad happens. I have not even gotten the phone You can search around and there are more sellers in taobao selling it. This post has been edited by kaiserreich: Jun 13 2014, 03:00 PM |

QUOTE(Xirality @ Jun 13 2014, 03:04 PM) True. I hate waiting lol. No one like I guess haha. That's one of the risks you take with these kind of purchases. This is why I rather wait people bring in and they have their warranty. If buy from taobao, no people going to help you plus all the tax and stuff. Local warranty is one thing. If I can fix it, then I will just order the parts from Taobao and change it out, unless it is too hard to replace. For the tax, it is much safer to get a forwarding agent to help you than to have seller ship through FedEx/DHL etc. I have gotten routers, PSUs and other electronics from Taobao, no tax issues. |

QUOTE(Xirality @ Jun 13 2014, 03:06 PM) For those who plan to get 64GB and want flash CM11S on top of it please be aware of this. That's fine. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2767283 It's only a matter of time. Once the word get out that you can get the China set and put CM11 on it (which it is right now, but just a trickle), the experts are going to do it. This is a very sought after phone after all. The only thing that worry me is the yellow tint, and possibly the call volume issue. This post has been edited by kaiserreich: Jun 13 2014, 03:09 PM |

QUOTE(cruzzmz @ Jun 13 2014, 03:51 PM) For phone I don't think have tax just that u have to do sirim if not the fwder won't release it... Cost for sirim is rm100. But do keep in mind that u might getting empty box also like my friend 2 times empty box QUOTE(andyjyneo @ Jun 13 2014, 03:59 PM) From the information gathered, I think it's better to buy from the seller in LYN. If you have bought many things from Taobao via forwarder, they are save. My record is 100%. *touch wood* Don't even have to worry about SIRIM sticker. If I did kena, I would have kena when I bought that router. My total purchase from Taobao over the years (3 years) is probably a few thousand RM. That being said, this is the first time i have gotten a phone. The 2nd highest value i ever spend was RM1k.If there's any warranty problem, he can just take responsibility, rather than we're worried about receiving empty box, forwarding here and there, etc. For warranty problem, you can ship it back to the taobao seller...ain't gonna happen. If local seller has a shop, maybe it could be fixed, if they don't, then I doubt it. If you have send a phone for AP warranty before, they try to fix it with their own technicians, instead of sending it back to the manufacturer. At least, that was my experience. Each option has its pros and cons. You can fix stuff, you buy from Taobao. You cannot, go get from local seller. Good luck guys, hope to see more users in this thread. QUOTE(cougar richard @ Jun 15 2014, 02:19 PM) Hmmm... I tought China has 2 diff network where one of which is TD which not compatible with Malaysia? Currently, China LTE is only on TD-LTE.FDD-LTE works if you are outside of China for the China OPO. If you put in China simcard, WCDMA/FDD-LTE will be turned off. Since we are overseas, it does not matter. |

Looks like Chinese OPO and International OPO share the same baseband IC WTR1625L
Perhaps flashing the Chinese OPO with Cyanogenmod would allow something like US LTE with 1700Mhz be supported? |

Now you can queue and buy the one plus one at the Chinese site.
Just pay and wait 15 days for it to ship. One account can only queue for one phone. http://oneplus.cn/ RMB 1999 16GB RMB 2299 64GB Just need a chinese mobile phone number and Alipay account. Alipay account is easy. Chinese mobile phone, you might want to ask whether those agents want to help you or not. Or you can add RM150 and buy from your 'preferred' Taobao scalper. QUOTE(NightFelix @ Jun 22 2014, 11:07 PM) Problem is chinese phone number.I think you can grab a simcard from taobao easily, but not sure about turning on the roaming. If you think that the problem is to ship to Malaysia, then you should get international set or get it from local scalpers. |

QUOTE(andyjyneo @ Jun 23 2014, 05:23 PM) Friend, I'm just giving suggestion and my opinion, since you said screen is warmer. Orait. No hard feelings. I would like to try, but I don't have OPO right now. Probably look for screen color settings change. Should be fixed once more people have the opo. Nothing to worry about. |

Here is OnePlus response regarding the warm screen. CM11 settings causes the screen to look warmer than ColorOS. It is working as designed.
But for the yellow tint, I can't find any response. |

There are 2 yellow issues.
One is warm screen. People say yellow hue throughout the screen. This is working as designed. Just some people don't like it. One is yellow tint near the bottom of the screen. This is due to glue I suspect. |
