I find it kind of stupid to waste your current phone over 1+1 for 1 dollar.

Don't get me wrong, I personally find the 1+1 to be well designed, well spec-ed for a reasonable price.

but to smash your current flagship phone over this is ridiculous, and borderline sickening.

Goes to show people are invited to this marketing stunt are 'rich' people but have no idea how to spend their money and learn to appreciate the things they have.

Any sensible person would have just donate their phone to developers or sell it to another person that will actually use the phone, at least for a good cause.

Besides, the reason why your current flagship cost more than 1+1 is you're not just paying for the device but also customer service, local warranty and support.
