Not that, of coz having the logo the better. Just that need invitation to buy International version, but since the China version also support LTE here, might as well get this unit from China without having to wait for so long.

You can search around and there are more sellers in taobao selling it.

That's one of the risks you take with these kind of purchases.
Local warranty is one thing. If I can fix it, then I will just order the parts from Taobao and change it out, unless it is too hard to replace.

For the tax, it is much safer to get a forwarding agent to help you than to have seller ship through FedEx/DHL etc. I have gotten routers, PSUs and other electronics from Taobao, no tax issues.

It's only a matter of time. Once the word get out that you can get the China set and put CM11 on it (which it is right now, but just a trickle), the experts are going to do it. This is a very sought after phone after all.

The only thing that worry me is the yellow tint, and possibly the call volume issue.

Not sure about yellow tint, but the low volume issue had been fixed in latest CM patch.
Now that's good seller. Too bad I'm not into it anymore since confirmation of size ( too huge for my taste )

there are currently 16 launch countries.
recall there is an official response from OnePlus that they WILL NOT ship to any non-launch countries. they went on to say that if the user is not in the support country at the time phone needs "support", then ship to nearest country with support. once done, phone sent back to an address in that (supported) country.

can understand that... they probably established some customs process, etc... so, the phones can go in and out of the supported country easily without any issue.

After flashed to cm. Now my OPO only able to connect 2G.

First impression when the dealer show me the phone:

1) freaking light weight
2) very nice and solid build
3) packaging very nice compare to apple or samsung
4) color os not that suck?  haven try out as just got the phone  
5) front facing camera freaking awesome! time for more selfie 
6) does support LTE ( using maxis at cheras area ) 

Cons???
