i got same stainless steel pan and it turn yellowish + blue and black after some time. i guess its made from low quality material..
anyway, thats not my main concern. my main concern is the food that cook using it taste metallic and can last for few hour.. is it safe?

i use it to cook maggi only. temperature set at 180C. it still taste metallic after few times using it.
