Looking at the progress it will easily take another 1 year to reach the final completion of Block D. So in total 6 years leh.

everyday ding ding dong dong and poor site management with no even safety net implemented. everyday expect flying rubbish like lunch box, plastic bag donated from their site

worse some nearby resident's car kena flying stone from the site also, and already made report to mpsj, and police

never see such bad construction project management before, good luck to the buyers..

I think PPA1M not the only one delivered, there is a property in front of sanderson also moving really fast. I heard some buyers paid deposit in 2012 that's a good 6 years man. Not sure how many thousand/million the developer has to pay for LAD.

Guys need some advise.. Wifu was called to collect keys.. Was quite shocked to see the output.. Firstly the unit is only 80% complete.. No airconds, cabinets etc.. The finishing is poor.. Some things that were promised are not in.. We are required to send the defect list in 2 days.. I am refusing to even collect the keys.. Its crazy.. Why should I send defect list for a unit thats not complete.. Absurd..
Whats the best way sifus? I heard some ppl refuse to sign off the key collection document..

Some related review about city of green. This project seem to be facing issue on being completed on time since year 2015 if according to this article.

back to 2013 , i visited this site , brought by one auntie agent , can see she lack of experiance too in property line

at first , i already warn potential buyer in some thread that this location IS NOT BUKIT JALIL , it's located beside TPM Bukit Jalil which is Bukit Serdang
(BESIDE Car park TPM but not Linked)
so u need to use Bukit Serdang road to enter this project instead using TPM entrance to this site .

Agent brain washed by developer by telling this is Bukit jalil & Comes with McDonald , KFC , Cinema , LV , Prada , Gucci , Starbucks etc big brand shop below the condo (Commercial title)
Developer is very new sdn bhd company and which is under one developer group ( i forgot the name but that company isnt that good in the property market )

2012 prelaunch , 2013 launching , 2015 facing issue eventhou unit FULLY SOLD and showroom closed down and now 2018 delivery with 80% progression .

Good luck to all buyer this is obviously the biggest con case in property market in 2018
