I met the Kingsgate principal at Sunway velocity trying to recruit student. He told me 8th Jan 2018 school will be open and first batch 200 students joining from different countries. The target is up to 1.5k student over a few years. Hope this helps in rental

I have bought a unit in block C sigh...Should have consider KM1 at Bukit Jalil then. Hopefully this investment is not going bad.....

The structural works should be completed right now if the project want to be completed by end of this year. But i see they are still working on the structural works. By the way, any purchaser manage to claim LAD? Since it is over 36months from SPA. |
