i keep search for updates but still nothing, i'm still on windows 8.0 but it is a Singapore set

Data plan restrict 100mb and below only ... need go home then only can update

I'm updating and currently the phone restarted and now it's at the cogwheel screen with a small progress bar at the bottom.
It's been 10mins, and the progress bar isn't progressing.. am I stuck or should I wait longer?

it depends how much apps / files you have on the phone, my 920 takes around 40-50min
