I don't believe that a public listed company with a capable new CEO/director will fall into despair in a matter of months if not years. There surely will be check and balance in place, or else in AGM, those board of directors sure will be grilled by the shareholders.

What most people fail to see is the potential of Semenyih, Kajang and Bangi corridor.
This area is lacking of investment and has a huge population untapped.

The distance to certain area is definitely good for example, Cyberjaya Putrajaya, Seri Kembangan etc.

If I work in the southern part of KV, I don't need to stay in the northern part, hence this Semenyih, Kajang, Bangi area is an attractive proposition for me.

Semenyih as of now is still Kampung or less establish. Hate to say this, i felt like i went into Seremban era from the early 80s each time i visit it

To get Semenyih to establish not even talking mature township, give it another 10 years or 20 years.

I am not complaining but it is huge sacrifice to move here as compare to establish or mature township. Again, it's up to individual and i am officially moving to this kampung comes August.
