bro treehill, if based on the masterplan, that pc of land covers about 5 rows of dsl.. one row of dsl is about 38 units, so 5 rows means it covers about 190 units of ds houses.. the land area for 190 units dsl izzit enough to build a mall ? iam notsure though, if 2 or 3 storeys? hmm.gif hmm.gif hmm.gif

SEH 1 more on residential and SEH 2 more on commercial. EcoMajestic is balance residential and commercial.

Everything not confirm yet when you ask those SA.
I've asked 3 SAs today,
all gave me different answers on pricing, target launch date, size, shopping mall, etc....
Dunno who to trust!

whoever build mall in Semenyih, Bangi, Kajang area surely will earn. This area got huge population with the closest mall is Jusco Cheras Selatan and soon to be completed IOI mall (nearby SKVE).

These two banks are very weak.. especially bank rakyat one of the less competative.. citibank.. ocbc.. hsbc.. uob.. these taikor park here no hope also change big hopes..

Same situation like SEH last tiime. Always no firm answer. Ask 10ppl 10 also no exact answer. Anyway, can go see see no harm ma.. Ask also no harm ma... Listen only lo brows.gif

I also not sure... Seems like small but it is a good move by SPS to put commercial buildings beside the entrance to the township. Maybe small kinda mall like BB plaza......
